Call Center Business Process
Aalaf Qatar has six sales stores are below locations. Qatar local farmers visit these sales store to purchase Animal food items. Aalaf Qatar also manage the food distribution comes under the Qatar Government Scheme.
- Customer will call the “Aalaf Sales Store” dedicated phone number
- Aalaf Call Center Operator will register the customer in system. Customer Registration will capture below information. Customer Name / Mobile Number / Address (Building No / Street No / Area No / City)
- Customer will place the order of items needed over phone
- "Aalaf Sales Store” data entry operator will capture below information in sales application Product Name and Quantity
- System will arrive the Delivery charge based on “Product Name / Quantity / Location of Delivery Address”
- Aalaf Call Center Operator will inform the total amount to customer and submit the order.
- Customer will receive the payment link on his/her mobile through sms.
- Customer will click on payment link which will display the “Customer Name / Invoice Number / Amount / Date”.
- Customer will click on “Pay Now” Button. Customer will be redirected to bank payment gateway. Aalaf System will send the Invoice No / Amount information.
- Customer will enter the “Card Details” on bank payment gateway webpage.
- Bank will authorize the card details and debit the customer account .
- Bank will provide transaction response to Aalaf “Response URL” with transaction status ( Success of Failed / Bank Transaction ID / Invoice No / Amount).
- Customer will see the transaction status on same payment link.
- Aalaf Delivery team will deliver the material if payment collection is successful.
